WAKEPARK

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I understand that wakeboarding and related water sports are adventure activities that involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, drowning, physical injury, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibility for my participation.

2. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Wake Park, its directors, owners, instructors, operators, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury, including death, sustained during activities at the Wake Park due to inherent risks.

3. INDEMNITY

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, legal costs, or expenses arising from my participation, failure to follow instructions or safety rules, or my negligent or reckless behavior.

4. HEALTH, FITNESS & CONDUCT

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate. I am not under the influence of alcohol, prescription drugs, or prohibited substances. I authorise the Wake Park to obtain emergency medical treatment if required, at my own cost. I agree to follow all instructions given by staff, wear all required safety equipment, and accept that Wake Park may refuse or stop participation if my conduct is unsafe, without refund.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

NO REFUND will be issued once the session has started, including early exit, injury, fear, or personal reasons. Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. Missed or partially attended sessions are non-refundable. The ₹500 advance is non-refundable if you do not show up without prior notice.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

By default, the Wake Park may use photographs or videos taken during activities for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation. You may opt out below.
